We often call the Thinkubator Media team “the little army behind each successful woman in STEM.” Thinkubator Media was created to be that all-encompassing support system that women in STEM are missing in many cases. Our Unique Cohort Model provides women in STEM with the resources, talent, and experience companies often do not have the bandwidth to offer In-house. Our team of professionals brings years of experience in academic, corporate, startup, and non-profit settings. Meet our team here.
In a recent survey taken by its membership in 2020, the US-based Association for Science cited that the top barriers that female STEM leaders encounter were cultural issues, ideas or work being credited to men, and feelings of inadequacy leading to fear of being called a fraud.
At Thinkubator Media, we see the challenges women face trying to make their work and career successful and we strive to provide the support and tools to help transform systems that have been built for men to succeed.
