The Whitehead Innovation Initiative needed a moderator to sound polished, on-tone, and prepared for a high-level conversation on a technical topic (computational biology and AI agents), with questions that were rigorous but still accessible to a mixed audience.
Thinkubator Media developed moderator opening/transition remarks and a tiered fireside chat question bank, with audience-appropriate phrasing and plain-language expansions of technical terms. We also built optional pivots that connected the science to translational impact and ethics/policy.
The moderator received clean, ready-to-use materials on a rush timeline (under one week), with two revision cycles. Deliverables were approved by the client and delivered prior to the event.
