My name is Taylor and I’m the blog writer for Thinkubator Media! I’ve (happily) been behind the scenes producing much of the written content for our team. Though I’m originally from Boston, I have been in New Jersey for a few years now. With this being my first full year, it’s been a blast getting to know my coworkers better, along with the inspiring professionals I’ve had the honor of interviewing. Although I am a bit shy, here’s a little more about me.
What’s your favorite part about working with the Thinkubator Media team?
My favorite part about working with the team so far has been how laidback everyone is. There is zero sense of anxiety and haste around our work, given that we all naturally apply ourselves and do our best work, making for a truly awesome team.
It’s also pretty cool that despite our distance, being spread across the country like we are, there is a beautiful cohesiveness among us.
What are some of the values at Thinkubator Media that resonate with you?
I’ve been deeply inspired by teamwork, and how this value allows everyone to shine through with their natural talents and abilities.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Although I’m almost 6 years into motherhood, I am still getting back to enjoying things for myself so, I guess at this point in time I enjoy reading. Reading has been a solace for me and it has been an amazing way for my daughter and I to bond. I really enjoy watching this little bookworm in the making.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Well, I used to dabble in photography and music but have since abandoned most of my creative pursuits. I've also been trying to get back into dancing as it was an avid part of my life growing up. I also wrote a book of poetry and short stories, titled Ripen'D Fruit (published under my pseudonym, Pharess Marie).
What intention/s are you leading 2024 with?
I guess I’ve been leading the year with an almost comical attempt at establishing balance in my life.
